Larry D. Hess

Lakeland - Pastor Larry D. Hess, 65, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Larry was born March 27, 1952 in Richland, VA. He was a resident of Lakeland moving from Ohio. He was a Church of God Minister. He was active on many Church of God Boards during his ministry. He was on the Church of God State Council , served on the Youth Board for over 20 years and a State Coordinator for the Church of God. He was preceded in death by his daughter; Michelle Hess and sister; Barbara Krenciglova. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Loretta Hess. Son; Gene Hess & wifeTina, two grandchildren; Shelby Messex and Myla Hess, two sisters; Debbie Wright and Renee Hess. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, December 10th, 2017 at Highlands Church of God, 2054 County Rd. 540-A in Lakeland, FL. Another Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, December 15th, 2017 at Lagrange Church of God, 502 N Center St. in Lagrange, OH.
