Lallie R. Burke

Lallie Rogers "Mrs. H. George" Burke, 81, died Sunday, December 21, 2008, at Bartow Regional Medical Center. Born January 9, 1927 in Tampa, Mrs. Burke was a longtime resident of Bartow. She was a member and very active in the Bartow Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Duckett. She is survived by her husband of 60 years: H. George Burke of Bartow, daughter: Becky & husband Bill Keightley of Savannah, Ga; sister: Bettie & husband Buckie Allen of Orlando; Grandson: Walter & wife Ashley Bowden; granddaughter: Melanie & husband Luis Simon; great Grandson: Marcos Simon, all of Savannah. A memorial service will be held Monday, December 29, at noon at the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, 205 E. Stanford St, Bartow. In liew of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church Trust, P.O. Box 1411 Bartow, 33831 or the Women's Care Center of Bartow P.O.
