He was an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician. He was a U.S. Marine Veteran and a member of Southern Baptist faith. He is survived by two sisters: Melba Starling, Sebring FL & Katherine Daugherty, Webster, FL; two brothers: Charles Starling [Janice] Webster, FL & Kenneth Starling [Judy], Theodore, AL; two foster sons: Tyler C Echeverria & Travis L Echeverria, Lakeland FL. Funeral services with military honors will be held Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the graveside at Gandy Cemetery, Connersville, FL.
