Kenneth R. Sims

Kenneth R. Sims, age 64, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2016 in Lakeland. Born April 17, 1952 in Bassett, Arkansas, he was the son of the late John H. Sims, Sr. and Lerline (Ausbon) Sims. Mr. Sims was a retired contractor, working in the construction industry for many years. He was a Baptist and will be remembered for his love of music. He is survived by a loving family that includes seven brothers and sisters: John H. Sims, Jr. of Bartow, Doyle Sims (Chris) of Clermont, Randy Sims of Winter Haven, Glenn Sims (Ann) of Bartow, JoAnn Patterson of Winter Haven, Linda Haag also of Winter Haven, Judy Blackwell of Rome, GA and many nieces and nephews.
