Kenneth Craig Powell

Mr. Kenneth Craig "K.C." Powell died Sun. July 27, 2008 from cancer. Born Jan. 23, 1960 in Newnan, GA, Mr. Powell was a longtime area resident. He worked as a mechanic. He is survived by three daughters; Barbara Williams, Brenda Gunnoe, Kimberly Kemp (Phillip) all of Mulberry, two sons; Casey Powell, Bobby Wayne Powell, sister Debra Rice (Charles) of Pensacola, brother Quincy Henson of Tampa, eight granchildren, Aunt Martha Guwin of GA, two nephews; Jason Henson (Deborah) of Bartow, Justin Henson of Lakeland and numerous extended family. Visitation will be Friday Aug. 1st from 9:30 to 11 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home 650 E. Main Street in Bartow. Services will follow at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Burial Park in Lakeland.
