Kathy Ann Cumbie

Kathy Ann Cumbie, age 56, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 at her home in Lakeland. Born June 17, 1960 in Lakeland, she was the daughter of the late Demous Milam and Mary Frances (Farris) Milam of Lakeland. Mrs. Cumbie was a homemaker. Along with her father, Kathy is preceded in death by her 2nd husband Edgar Cumbie and her brother Gary Milam. She is survived by children: Barbara Warren of Pensacola, Brenda Gunnoe (Mark) of Lakeland, Kimberly Kemp (Phillip) of Mulberry, her mother Mary Milam of Lakeland, her siblings: Eddie Milam (Linda) of Indianapolis, IN, David Milam (Rachel), Teresa Milam, Debbie Bradbury (Gary) all of Lakeland, Elisha Conley and Sandra Danz (Danny) both of Indianapolis, IN. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 18th from 5pm to 6pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 6:00pm at the funeral home chapel.
