Kathryn Elizabeth Strouse

Mrs. Kathryn Strouse, age 82, died at home Tues., November 11, 2008 from cancer. Born on Nov. 25, 1925 in Norristown, PA, Mrs. Strouse was a wonderful homemaker and a longtime area resident. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church remaining faithfully active for 50 years including volunteering to teach Sunday School and singing in the choir. Mrs. Strouse was very devoted to ,and loved by her entire family. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Mrs. Strouse was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph B. Strouse, Sr. She is survived by three sons; Wilson P. "Bill" Strouse (Kristi) of Lakeland, Ralph Burton Strouse, Jr. (Mary) of Lake Wales, Robert Bruce Strouse (Lauree) of Winter Haven, and a daughter Jane Strouse Griggs (Scott) of Winter Haven. She also leaves behind a sister Sarah Gallo of Winter Haven, a brother Kenneth Munshower of Pennsylvania, seventeen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Services for Mrs Strouse will be held Friday November 28th at 7:00 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church 2551 Havendale Blvd. N.W. Winter Haven, FL 33881. In lieu of flowers memorials made be made to the church at the same address.
