Kathryn Roberson Mcnutt

Kathryn Roberson McNutt, age 87, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023 in Mulberry, Florida. Born January 22, 1936 in Dothan, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Roy Hart Roberson and R.V. (Messer) Roberson. Mrs. McNutt was a Southern Baptist. She worked as a Registered Nurse in several hospitals across Florida during her career and retired from Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama in 1990. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Ronnie McNutt and her sister, Nettie Ann Bradley of Jacksonville. She is survived by a loving family that includes her children: Scott McNutt (Julie) of Tallahassee, Dr. Steve McNutt of Lake Wales, Stan McNutt of Lakeland, and her sister, Mary Goddard of Tifton, Georgia, 7 grandchildren: Betsy, Colin, Angie, Katie, Gunnar, Jared and Shane, and 6 great grandchildren: Sophia, Flint, Liam, Sebastian, C.J. and Murphy. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 23rd from 10am to 11am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 11am at the funeral home.
