Kathleen Waddell, age 82, passed away Friday, August 28, 2026. She was born November 18, 1943 in Springfield, MA to Cuyler & Marion Smith, She worked for Polk County School Board as a Lunchroom lady. She was preceded in death by her husband John Waddell. Kathleen is survived by her children Dan Rising (Susanne), Scott Rising (Holly), Debra Fales (Scott), grandchildren Jessica, Gerald, Sarah, Rachel and Ashley.
