Bartow - Katherine Francis, age 59, passed away July 30, 2023 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale. She was born on November 11, 1963 in Bartow, FL. She was a Caretaker. She enjoyed gardening, painting and going to thrift shops. She was preceded in death by her husband Dale Francis and daughter Heather McPhail. She is survived by a loving family that includes her companion Tommy Rouse of Bartow,sons Paul Stevens (Corina) of Bartow & Jason Stevens (Sandra) of Seffner, brothers James L. Lacy (Debbie) of Bartow & Steve Lacy (Sharon) of Bartow, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Wednesday, August 9, 2023 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home.
