Julia "Judy" Phillips

Bartow - Julia "Judy" Phillips, 60, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at the Rohr Nursing Home in Bartow of respiratory failure. Born April 19, 1952 in Bartow, Miss Phillips was a longtime resident of Bartow, living several years in Frankfort, KY, attending Stewart Home School, before returning to Bartow. She was a member of the Bartow Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. Miss Phillips was preceded in death by her parents: Bob & D.V. Phillips and a nephew Jay Hayes. She is survived by her brother Joe Phillips (Lois) of Queensbury, NY; three sisters: Virginia Hayes of Bartow; Elizabeth Milligan of Lakeland & Linda Miller (Jerry) of Sun City Center, FL and several nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends Friday, December 28, 2012, 10:00-11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 E. Main St, Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
