Judy Borden

Judy A. Borden, 56, of Bartow, died Monday, July 28, 2008, at Winter Haven Hospital from complications due to liver disease. Born November 24, 1951 in Bartow, Mrs. Borden was a lifelong resident of Bartow. Mrs. Borden was a Acounting Manager for the Polk County School Board for over 9 years.. She was a member, sunday school teacher and former Church treasurer of the First Baptist Church of Bartow. She was a member of the American & Florida Institute of Certified Public Accounts. Mrs. Borden operated her own accounting firm for several years. Mrs. Borden is survived by 2 sons: Karl E. Fischer of Winter Haven & Jonathan Borden of Bartow; Parents: Hughie & Annie Chumney of Bartow; Brother: Hughie Chumney, Jr of Lake Wales.
