Born September 24, 1973 in Bartow, FL, JC was a resident of Winter Haven for 4 years, moving from Bartow. He was a loving husband, father, son, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Shelley S. Taylor, of Winter Haven; his son, Kody C. Taylor, and his daughter, Kendra C. Taylor, both of Sarasota; his father, Tommy Taylor, of Lakeland; his mother, Darlene Wilder Tolbert, of Asheboro, NC; and his step-father, Larry Umstadter, of Winter Haven.
