Joseph Thomas Macaluso

Joseph Thomas Macaluso, age 89, passed away Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010 from respiratory failure. Mr. Macaluso was born Feb. 11, 1921 in Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Macaluso was an Army Veteran of WWII. He also worked as a real estate broker. He is survived by his children; Darlene Marshall (Glenn), Donna Penix (Greg), Daniel Macaluso, Paul Macaluso (Debbie) all of Lakeland, his siblings; Rosie Bly, Isabel Taylor, and Sal Macaluso all of Tampa. He also leaves behind five grandchildren. Services, with military honors, for Mr. Macaluso will be held Tuesday, Feb. 16th at 2:00pm at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
