Bartow - Josefina Esquibel, age 84, passed away Friday, May 3, 2013 at her residence in Bartow. Born April 8, 1929 in Bastrop, TX, Mrs. Esquibel was a resident of Bartow for 41 years, moving from Texas. She was a homemaker. She was of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Esquibel was survived by her companion: Manuel Rodriguez, Sr., Alturas, FL; son: Manuel Rodriguez, Jr., Lakeland, FL; four daughters: Oralia Cruz, Irene Rodriguez, Rosalba Rodriguez all of Bartow & Sylvia Fernandez, Alturas, FL; brother - Dionicio Esquivel; 15 grandchildren & 31 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Monday, May 6, 2013 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at 11:00 AM at the Guadalupe Catholic Church, Wahneta, FL. Interment will be held at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
