Jose Gomez-Barrios, age 63, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023. He was born September 20, 1959 in Los Tules, Guerrero, Mexico. He was a Laborer in the Construction industry. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fort Meade He is survived by his wife Dolores Gomez, children O'Gilbert Gomez, Daniel Gomez, Fabiola Gomez & husband Javier, Antonio Gomez & wife Icela, Mayra Gomez & husband Reynaldo and Sirley Gomez & husband Kevin. Three brothers Juan Gomez, Ramon Gomez and Honorio Gomez, three sisters Abelina Gomez, Bartola Gomez, Guadalupe Gomez and sixteen grandchildren. Family will receive friends Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at McLean Funeral Home in Fort Meade, FL. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the First Baptist Church, 307 E. Broadway in Fort Meade, FL. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade, FL.
