Fort Meade - John Richard Grissette, 42, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019. He was born March 26, 1977 in Bartow, FL, John graduated from Fort Meade High School class of 1996. He was a proud and loving Father, Son and Brother. John loved to spend quality time mentoring his son Paxton and Paxton's friends. He is survived by his son; Paxton Grissette, mother; Mary Thomas, three brothers; Steven Grissette (Kathy), Eric Howze (Natasha) and Jason Richmond. Family will receive friends Thursday, October 3, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway in Fort Meade, FL. Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, October 4, 2019, at Cornerstone Church of God, 10 South Seminole Ave in Fort Meade, FL. Interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade, FL.
