John Goggans

John E. Goggans, 34, of Toccoa, Ga., died Monday, July 9, 2007, in an auto accident in Orlando. A native of Miami, Mr. Goggans has lived in Toccoa 5 yrs, moving from Bartow. He was a store manager for Auto Zone, in Toccoa. He was of the non-denominational faith where he was a sunday school teacher.. A graduate of Bartow High School, he was very active in the ROTC program. He attended Southeastern College in Lakeland. He was preceded in death by his father: Kenneth E. Goggans. He is survived by his wife Melissa Ann Goggans; step-daughter: Trinidy Stoiber of Toccoa; mother: Sue Goggans of Lake Wales; sister: Maggie Goggans of Lake Wales; brother: Eric A. Goggans of Toccoa; grandparents: Rolland & Myra Austin of Satsuma, FL. Services will be held Saturday, July 21, at 1:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 East Main Street, Bartow.
