John L. Cannon, Jr.

Bartow - John L. Cannon, Jr., age 76, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at his home in Bartow. John was born November 8, 1943 in Gainesville, FL. John served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a Traffic Manager for US Agri-Chemical for 39 years. He was a member of Cornerstone Church of God in Fort Meade. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Vera Smith Cannon, son; John L. Cannon, III, two daughters; Staci Edwards (Kenny) and Alyscia Ramos (Angel), sister; Linda Easters (James) and six grandchildren; Josh Cannon, Briana Edwards, Trey Edwards, Katie Edwards, Caleb Ramos, Braylon Ramos and great-grandchild; Hadleigh Cannon Funeral service will be held Friday, April 3, 2020, at 11:00 am Graveside at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow, FL.
