Joe Gammons

Fort Meade - Huel E. "Joe" Gammons, 71, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020 at his Home in Fort Meade. He was born May 29, 1948 in East Prairie, MO. Joe was a Veteran in the US Army serving 6 years during the Vietnam era and 12 years in the National Guard. He worked in the Phosphate industry. He was a member of Fort Meade Cornerstone Church of God. He was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years Olivia "Tootie" Gammons, son; Tony Mullins and two grandsons; Curtis Dunn and Josiah Ramsey. He is survived by his four daughters; Tina Dunn (Rod), Tanya Toni Ramsey (Tom), Rhonda Gammons and Kim Mullins, three sons; Johnny Gammons, Guy Mullins and Darrell Mullins, five brothers; Larry Gammons, Roger Gammons, Walter Gammons, David Gammons, Lonnie Gammons sister; Sue Ward, 19 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. A Memorial Service 11:00 am Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Cornerstone Church of God, 10 S. Seminole Ave. in Fort Meade, FL.
