Joseph Leon "Joe" Barber, age 60, passed away Tuesday November 2, 2021 in Winter Haven. Born December 22, 1960 in Ontario, California, he was the son of the late Leon and Betty Barber. Mr. Barber was a Foreman in the Industrial Construction industry for many years. He is survived by his wife Juanita (Howard) Barber, his two sons: Billy Howard (Lacey), Christopher Barber and two grandchildren: Bradlee and Kya. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 11th from 10am to 11am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. A memorial service will follow at 11:00am at the funeral home.
