Joanne Mosley

JoAnne Mosley, age 75, passed away Friday, April 28, 2023. She was born May 8, 1947 in Frostproof, FL. JoAnne graduated from Frostproof High School. She was a Deputy Appraiser for Polk County Property Appraiser for over 32 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fort Meade and a past member of the Rainbow Girls. She was preceded in death by her son Charles E. Mosley, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 58 years Charles E. Mosley, Sr. of Fort Meade, two sons Tony Mosley and C.J. Mosley, daughter Jordan Roberts, two brothers John Truett and Jimmy Jerkins, sister Eleanor Outlaw. Eight grandchildren KayLeigh Gomez, Kaycee Mosley, Charlie Mosley, James Mosley, Tate Seger, Jolene Roberts, Lorelei Roberts and Elijah Prinz, great grandchildren Luna Gomez, Dalana Gomez, Chellev Gomez and Kalani Mosley. Family will receive friends Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at First Baptist Church of Fort Meade. Memorial service will follow at 11:00 am Saturday, May 6, 2023, at First Baptist Church of Fort Meade. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
