Jo Lea Taylor

Lakeland- Jo Lea Taylor, age 77, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020 in Lakeland. Born January 24, 1943 in Vidalia, GA, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Mary Jane (Rudd) Kight. Mrs. Taylor worked as a Fruit Grader at Florida Natural for many years and attended the Highlands Park Church of the Nazarene. Jo is survived by her husband, Patrick Forrest Taylor of Polk City, her children: Patricia Frace (Clarence) of Palm Bay, Teresa Blackburn (Creig) of Winter Haven, Eugene Jacobs of Waycross, GA, Edward Jacobs of Lakeland and Patrick Taylor of Polk City. She also leaves behind eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 29th at 11:00am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow.
