Bartow - Jimmy O'Bryan, age 63, passed away October 1, 2021, at Bartow Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 24, 1958, in Bowling Green, FL. He was the Owner of Big Jim's Sod. He loved the Lord and enjoyed sharing God’s love with others. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, cooking out and cattle. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and dog Max. He was preceded in death by his father Walter Bennett, birth father Jimmy O’Bryan Sr. and grandfather Clifton O’Bryan. He is survived by a loving family that includes his wife Sharon O'Bryan, daughters Meghan Schoch (Robert), Lauren O’Bryan, Morgan O'Bryan, siblings Caprice Bennett, Johnny O'Bryan, Molly O'Bryan, Danny O’Bryan, Mother Jennie Fay Bennett Fateley (Clifford), many nieces & nephews and grandmother Corinne O’Bryan. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
