Jimmy Davis, Sr., age 60, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at his home in Winter Haven. Born October 1, 1962, in Augusta, GA, he was the son of the late Robert and Betty (Jenkins) Davis. Jimmy was a Welder and a Truck Driver. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his son Jimmy Davis, Jr., and his brother Wayne Davis. Jimmy is survived by his siblings: Tina Timmerman of Winter Haven, Teresa Taylor of Lakeland, Bobby Davis of Winter Haven, his wife, Julie Davis of Winter Haven and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 1st from 10am to 11am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am at the funeral home.
