Jenny Poblano, age 36, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Bartow Regional Medical Center. She was born July 16, 1985 in Boynton Beach, FL. Jenny was a Technical Support Technician for Apple. She is survived by her companion Vicente Cabrera, Sr., mother Elena Castillo & husband Alexander, father David Poblano & wife Nora, two sons Vicente Cabrera, Jr. and Jeremiah L. Cabrera, two daughters Jaslene Cabrera and Jade A. Poblano. Four brothers David Aguilar, Jr. & wife Gloria, Daniel Aguilar & wife Brittany, Bryan Poblano and Noel Poblano & wife Paola, two sisters Sara Poblano and Jessica M. Patino and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm Monday, September 27, 2021 at McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway in Fort Meade, FL. Funeral service will be 10:00 am Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at McLean Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade, FL.
