Jenny Farr-Zeltwanger

Mrs. Jenny Farr-Zeltwanger, age 61, passed away from heart failure on Sat. May 3, 2008. Born on April 6, 1947 in Great Bend, KS, she was the daughter of Neal and Della Skelton. Jenny came to Bartow 25 years ago from Indiana. She worked in the Financial Dept. for Heartland for Children. Jenny also belonged to the Moose Lodge #1023 and the American Legion Post 8, both in Winter Haven. She was a member of Main Street Baptist Church of Bartow. Jenny was a loving wife, mother of four daughters and grandmother of eight. She enjoyed fishing, boating, making crafts, dancing, and lounging by the pool. Mrs. Farr Zeltwanger is also preceded in death by her late husband, Geary Farr. She is survived by her husband, Larry Zeltwanger of Bartow, four daughters; Teresa Howell (Layne) of Gainesville, Tammy Dozois (Bob) of Clearwater, Stacey Gager (Mike) of Fort Worth TX, and Kelly Manning of Lakeland. Jenny also leaves behind her mother Della Skelton and brother Larry Skelton both of Larned, KS, and eight grandchildren; Ryan, Michael, Kaleigh, Ashlyn, Tyler, Joshua, Spencer, and Ellyn. Arrangements are being handled by Whidden-McLean Funeral Home 650 East Main Street in Bartow where family will receive friends Thurs. May 8th from 6 PM to 8 PM. Services will follow Fri.
