Jeff T. Glass

Bartow- Jeff T. Glass, age 90, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at his home in Bartow. Born March 3, 1930 in Sunflower, Mississippi, he was the son of the late James A. and Molly (Horsley) Glass. Jeff retired from the City of Winter Haven after many years of service where worked as a Shop Superintendent. Mr. Glass was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Clark. He is survived by a loving family that includes his wife of 71 years, Margie Ludine (Davis) Glass of Bartow, his daughter Janette Hooks (Quentin) of Eagle Lake, his grandchildren: Brian Fenn of Bartow, Wade Hooks of Bartow, Jereme Hooks (Valerie) of Eagle Lake. He also leaves behind his great grandchildren: Miranda Hooks (Buford Johnson), Jon Hooks (Jessica), Brooke Benko, Lilly Hooks, Paige Hooks, Jazlynn Hill and his great great grandchildren: Braelyn and Brentley. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 11:00am at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow.
