Janice Davis Steele

God took a wonderful soul home. Janice Davis Steele passed away on August 11, 2018. We know, after years of struggle with Emphysema, COPD, and lung cancer, she is now pain free with her Maker in heaven. She was preceded in death by her Father and Mother, E.C. "Starr" Davis and Irene Davis, and her brother, Starr Davis. She leaves behind her loving husband Ronald Steele as well as her sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and John "Mack" Mullis, her children Keith Dease, Donna Alexander and Jon Steele, her 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren along with her extended family. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends. Her Memorial Service will be held at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow on September 1st at 11:00am. She will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a Hospice Organization of your choice.
