James David Wise

Bartow - James D. Wise, age 67, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Life Care Center Of Winter Haven. Born November 11, 1947 in Limestone County, AL, Mr. Wise was a resident of Bartow 40 years, moving from Alabama, He was a mechanic in the Citrus Industry most of his life. Mr. Wise is survived by three sons: Robert Wise, Bartow; David "Bubba" Wise Jr., Winter Haven & Alan Wise, Sanderson, FL; a daughter: Gina Wise, Jacksonville; two sisters: Judy Brayton, Brooksville, FL & Martha Welch, Eagle Lake, FL; his mother: Lucille Wise, Wahneta, FL; 13 grandchilden & 3 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
