James A. Williams

Bartow - James A. Williams, age 88, passed away July 12, 2025, at Bartow Regional Medical Center. He was born on October 4, 1936, in Bartow, FL. He was a Superintendent for CF Industries. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and Jeeping. He also loved watching football and RV traveling. He was preceded in death by his wife Naomi Williams and brother Raymond Williams. He is survived by his daughters Melanie Martin (Leroy) of Bartow & Deborah Lemon (Andy) of Polk City, sons Steve Williams (Courtney Bovee) of Tampa, Tim Robbins of Haines City & Rusty Robbins (Ginger) of Eagle Lake, brother Bill Williams (Jean) of Charleston, SC, 18 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow.
