James R. Tanner, 66, of Lakeland, died Wednesday, February 6, 2008, in a auto/pedestrian accident in Lakeland. A native of Bartow, Mr. Tanner was a lifelong resident of the area. He is preceded in death by his parents; James Robert Tanner and Anna Laura Clark Tanner. He is survived by his half brother: Victor Bruce Mills of Oldsmar, Florida and several Aunts & Uncles. Interment will be at Gandy Cemetery in Connersville, Fla.
