James "Jimmy" McSwain, 81, a native of Fort Meade was born September 7, 1929. He passed away, August 23, 2011 in Lakeland from respiratory failure. James served in the Air Force & Coast Guard. He worked with local and federal government as a Code Enforcer during his career. He is survived by his wife; Ruth McSwain of Fort Meade. Son; Gregg McSwain of Winter Haven.
Grandson, Jason McSwain of Lakeland and two Great Grandchildren; Ellie & Daniel McSwain.
Arrangements are being handled by McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway in Fort Meade, FL where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm, Thursday, August 25, 2011. Condolences to the family at www.McLeanfuneralhome.net
