James "Jim" Vernon Apgar, age 79, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025. He was born December 24, 1945 in Lebanon, OH to Vernon & Mrytle Apgar. Jim was the Owner & Operator of Vernon & Rudolph Painting. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Joy Apgar, two sisters Julie Fisher & Carol Moore and brother Emmitt "Butch" Apgar. Jim is survived by his wife of 61 years Cathy Apgar of Frostproof, daughter Amy Miller & husband Danny, grandson Jamie Apgar & wife Breanna, sister Chrstine Pierre, brother David Apgar and great grandson David Vernon Apgar.
