Mr. James Otis Cagle, age 78, of Lakeland, Fla., died Tuesday, January 30, 2007, at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow, Fla. Mr. Cagle was employed by Franklin County Disposal. He is survived by his Wife-Betty Frances Cagle of Lakeland. Daughter-Mary Baker of Lakeland. Interment will be at Gum Springs Cemetery in Flintville, Tenn.
