Fort Meade- Jacqueline "Jackie" Smith Bowen, 76 passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Hardee Manor Care Center in Wauchula, FL. She was born July 5, 1938 in Washburn, Maine. She was a Homemaker & a member of Cornerstone Church of God in Fort Meade. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Bowen and parents Ralph & Ruth Smith. She is survived by her aunt Pauline Tompkins and several nieces & nephews.
