Bartow -J Wilbur Duncan , age 80, passed away on April 27, 2026, at Spring Lake Nursing Center in Winter Haven. He was born on August 2, 1945, in Chipley, FL. He worked as a Machinist. He enjoyed playing the guitar, competitive archery, fishing/hunting, and bowling. He was preceded in death by his parents Prince & Cordie Duncan, sister Linda McNair , and brothers OJ Duncan & Donald Duncan. He is survived by his wife Yvonne Duncan of 61 years, son Dwayne Duncan (Kimberly), daughter Cheryl Starling (Joseph), sister Theresa Carter, half-sister Pat Wright, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow.
