Ivajean Wright Burtz, age 81, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023 at Somers Hospice House in Sebring, FL. She born May 13, 1942 in Fort Meade, FL to Arley & Myrtle Wright. Ivajean was a Caregiver. She was a member of Fort Meade Cornerstone Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband Douglas C. Burtz. She is survived by her daughter Thea Diane Thomas & husband Richard of Fort Meade, two sons James Burtz and Douglas "Chris" Burtz both of Fort Meade, two grandchildren Eric Thomas (Missy) and Richard Thomas, Jr. (Brandi). Family will receive friends Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 2:30 to 3:00pm at Cornerstone Church of God, 10 S. Seminole Ave. in Fort Meade.
