Irvine Champneys Holland

Mr. Irvine Champneys Holland, age 58, passed away from Dementia Monday, October 11, 2010 in Bartow. Born September 10, 1952 in Bartow, Mr. Holland was the son of the late Alfred and Abbie Holland. Mr. Holland worked for Coca Cola Foods for several years, before later serving as the Director of Human Resources for Sunbelt Forest Products. He is survived by a loving family that includes his wife of 31 years, Colleen Casey Holland, two sons; Christopher Holland of Bartow, and Nicholas Holland of the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He also leaves behind two brothers; Lyle Holland of Bull Shoals, AR, Al Holland of Bartow, sister Nancy Pare of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and numerous nieces and nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow where the family will receive friends Thursday, October 14th from 6pm to 8pm. Services for Mr. Holland will follow Friday, October 15, 2010 at 9:00am at Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 2180 S. Kissengen Ave. in Bartow.
