Iris S. Sheridan

Mulberry - Iris S. Sheridan, 82, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center of heart failure. Born January 5, 1931 in Autaugaville, AL, Mrs. Sheridan was a resident of Mulberry since 1956, moving from Alabama. She was a secretary for the Kingsford Elementary School in Mulberry for 27 years. She was a member of the Mulberry United Methodist Church. Mrs. Sheridan was survived by her husband of 64 years, J. Marvin Sheridan of Mulberry; a daughter Debra McPhail of Lakeland; son, Jeff Sheridan of Mulberry; sister, Agnes Strickland of Hueytown, AL; four grandchildren & six great grandchildren. A graveside funeral service will be held Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Wildwood Cemetery, 1099 S. Woodlawn Ave, Bartow, followed by a celebration of life service at 4:00 PM at the Mulberry United Methodist Church, 306 N. Church Ave, Mulberry.
