Iris M. Russell

Bartow - Iris M. Russell, age 86, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale of respiratory failure. Born October 23, 1928 in Punta Gorda, FL, Mrs. Russell was a lifelong resident of Bartow. She was a customer service representative for Southeast Bank for over 30 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Bartow. Mrs. Russell is survived by her husband of 66 years, Fred C. Russell of Bartow; daughter, Susan Holland (Skip) of Winter Haven; son, Steven Russell (Lynn)of Alturas, sister, Patsy Jeter (Pete), Ft. Myers; brother: Joe Hanshaw (Sharon), Cleveland,TN; five grandchildren & nine great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 10 -11 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 11 AM at the funeral home.
