Bartow - I B Rouse III, 66, passed away May 8, 2016 at his home in Bartow. Born December 4, 1949 in Smyth County, VA, Mr. Rouse was a resident of Bartow for over 30 years, He was a Lineman for the City of Bartow Electrial Department for many years. He is survived by his wife: Catherine Donnelly-Rouse; 3 daughters: Angela Rouse, Sherri Styles & Crystal Watt; 3 step sons: Nicholas Donnelly, James Pigue & Timothy Pigue; brother: Glen Rouse; 3 sisters: Cathy Rouse, Judy Ormsby & Connie Tyson.
