Hurbert "Andy" Sparks, Jr. , age 61, passed away Friday, August 11, 2023. He was born November 4, 1961 in Lake Wales, FL to Hubert & Alberta Sparks, Sr. He was a Truck Driver. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Bobby Taylor. Andy is survived by his two sisters Judith Hancock & husband Wayne and Angela Thornton of Fort Meade. Nephews Charles Hancock II, James Thornton II, JB Thornton, Jason Taylor, Shawn Collier, Tommy Taylor; nieces, Donna Thornton, Gloria Martinez, Shanna Staton, Amy Hancock and Charlotte Gavin. Great nephews Philip Thornton, Alberto Marrero, JB Thornton II, Justin Thornton, James Thornton III, Coleson Staton, Tanner Hancock, Jace Morawietz, Nicholas Morawietz and Hunter Hancock, great nieces Mary Thornton, Nicole Thornton, Abigail Marrero, Serenity Thornton, Fawn Hancock, Kylynn Staton, BrynLynn Prestridge, Salena Morawietz, Cearra Morawietz, Kaydance Staton and several other great nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at McLean Funeral Home in Fort Meade, FL. Funeral service will be 10:00 am Thursday, August 24, 2023, at McLean Funeral Home. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade, FL.
