Bartow - Harry James "JJ". Jordan, 70, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Bartow Regional Medical Center. The son of Burie & Ethel Oleson Jordan, Harry was born February 12, 1949 in Tampa, FL, He was a resident of Bartow since 2005, moving from Tampa, He was a pipefitter and welder with the Pipefitters Union #123 of Tampa. He was a member of the Bartow American Legion Post #3 and the Loyal Order of Moose. He was survived by his wife: Sue A. Jordan of Lakeland, a son: Rodney P. Jordan of Bartow; two daughters: Christie Faught [Mark] of Lithia & Lori Russell (Scott) of Riverview; two sisters: Brenda Peterson (Jay) of Riverview & Vickie Erlston (Ralph) of Mango, FL; 8 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Thursday, February 6, 2020 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 E. Main Street, Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Bartow Wildwood Cemetery.
