Guido A. Chavez-Alvarado

Tampa - Guido A. Chavez-Alvarado, age 73, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa. Born September 19, 1942 in Manta, Ecuador, Mr. Chavez was a resident of Tampa since 1985, He was an Aircraft Machinist and a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He was preceded by his first wife: Luz Divina Chavez. He is survived by his wife: Maria Graciela, Tampa; three daughters: Janella M. Crum, Lakeland, FL, Jennifer E. Rios, Katy, TX, and Jackie Y. Obediente, Cary, NC; a brother: Oswaldo Chavez, Quito, Ecuador and six grandchildren. Family will receive friends Friday, December 4, 2015 from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M. at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, 118 W. Lemon St, Lakeland, FL. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 P.M. at the Church.
