Grace L. Simmons

Grace L. Simmons, age 73, of Bartow, died Saturday, January 31, 2009, at her residence in Bartow. Born February 17, 1935 in Watertown, NY, Mrs. Simmons has been a resident of Bartow 48 yrs, moving from Virginia. Mrs. Simmons was a nurse assistant at Polk General Hospital fpr ,any years. She attended the Redemption Baptist Church of Wahneta. She is survived by her daughter: Jacqueline L. Chancey of Winter Haven; son; Thomas Mac Gray of Winter Haven & Henry Norman Gray of Bartow; 7 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren.
