Gladys A Shiver

Gladys A. Shiver 78 of Lake Wales passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Lake Wales Medical Center. A lifelong resident of the area Gladys was a Convenience Store Manager and of the Christian Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Alton Shiver and is survived by two daughters; Karen Simpson of Newnan, GA; Brenda Shiver of Lake Wales and one son Jimmy Shiver and wife Diane of Pensacola. Two grandchildren Sandy Bennett of Tifton, GA and Kenny Allbrittion of Lake Wales. A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 18th from 6-8pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow.
