Gatsie Helms

Seminole- Gatsie L. Helms, age 89, died Saturday, December 29, 2007 In Seminole, FL. A native of Alabama, Mrs. Helms resided in Pinellas County for the seven years, moving from Bartow where she was a longtime resident. Mrs. Gatsie was a Baptist and a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband , Dave Helms. She is survived by her son Royce Helms of Saint Petersburg, two brothers; Abraham "Jr." Grace of Bartow & Upton Grace of Mulberry, two sisters; Barbara Hopkins of Sebring and Emma Weeks of Mobile, Alabama. She also leaves behind several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Thursday January 3, 2008 from 1 PM to 2 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 E.
