Gail E. O'Doski

Gail E. O'Doski, 67, died Sunday, August 24, 2008, at his residence in Bartow of cancer. Gail was born September 4, 1940 in Bartow and was a lifelong resident. He was President of O'Doski Advertising & Public Relations, Bartow for over 40 years He was a member of the Bartow Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. He was a member of the church choir for many years. He was a graduate of Summerlin Institute, class of 1959; a member of the Bartow Rotary Club; chairman of the City of Bartow Code Enforcement Board; former member of the Bartow Performing Arts Guild; The United Way & charter member of the Polk County American Cancer Society.. He was an US Air Force Veteran. He is survived by his wife: Jean Alford O'Doski; daughter: Ashley & husband Ray Grupi, of Bartow; son: Rhett & wife Jessica O'Doski of Tallahassee; 2 brothers: Ronald V. & wife Diane Odoski of Lake Wales; Christian E. Odoski of Cape Coral; sister: Vicki & husband Bill Gerry of New Port Richey; grandson: Ashton Taft Grupi of Bartow; aunt: Ruth Odowski of Bartow; uncle: Vernon Viorde of Ormond Beach; Family will receive friends Tuesday, Aug 26, 6-8 pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral Services will be held Wedesday, Aug 27, 11:00 am at the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, 205 E. Stanford St, Bartow. Memorials may be made to Bartow ARP Church Youth Group, P.O.
