Fred M. Kloster

Fred M. Kloster, 86, of Bartow, Fla., died Friday, August 28, 2009 of cancer. Born Sept 22, 1922 in Brazil, IN, Mr. Kloster has been a resident of Bartow since 2000, moving from Monticello, IN. Mr. Kloster was a retired teacher & administrator for the Indiana Public School System. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Bartow. He was also a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge and the Indiana Retired Teachers Association. He served in the US Coast Guard during WW II. He is survived by his wife of 64 years: June L. Kloster & daughter Becky Kloster, both of Bartow, Fla. Funeral services will be held at First United Methodist Church, 10:00 AM Saturday, September 5, 2009 , with Pastor Roy E. Lowe, Jr. officiating. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fla. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church 455 S.
